Although we want you to love your products, unfortunately personalized items can not be returned or exchanged for any reason. Non personalized items can be exchanged for a different size within the first 14 days of delivery.

We understand that things come up after you've booked your event, however given the nature of this business, supplies and staff are prepared ahead of time and deposits are non refundable. The balance of your event is refundable as long as cancelation is made more than 72 hours before the event. If a cancelation is made with less than 72 hours till the event, the remainding money can be transfered to another date however it is non refundable.
